Paid plans, when offered, cover optional account and reader-platform conveniences such as ad-free browsing and cloud-synced reading state. They do not sell manga access, exclusive chapters, third-party artwork, translations, or source content.
If you have a billing issue, duplicate charge, accidental purchase, or paid-feature access problem, use the billing portal or contact support@evilscan.xyz with your account email and transaction identifier.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Refunds may be approved for duplicate charges, verified billing errors, accidental purchases reported promptly, or paid features that cannot be delivered because of a technical issue.
Refunds are not guaranteed for normal subscription use, changes in catalog availability, removal of specific titles or chapters, or account restrictions caused by abuse, payment disputes, security issues, or terms violations.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals through the Creem billing portal and normally leaves paid features active until the end of the current paid period unless checkout presents a different cancellation option.
